Terms of Service

1. Service

Symtrade provides algorithmic trading signals and educational content for futures, options and crypto. Subscriptions give access to live trade notifications, portfolio/performance views and analysis as described on the Subscribe page.

2. Billing

• Symtrade Premium: €49,95 per month or €500 per year. Nasdaq Trader: €89,95 per month.
• Payments are processed by Stripe (credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA).
• Subscriptions are billed for the chosen period. You can cancel at any time by emailing trader@symtrade.com with "Cancel" in the subject; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Yearly subscriptions carry a 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date.

3. No financial advice

Signals, articles and performance data are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation or an offer to trade any instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell or share your subscription access, signals or content with third parties.

5. Liability

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Symtrade is not liable for any trading losses, missed signals, technical interruptions, or decisions made based on our content. The service is provided "as is".

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
